• PERIOD 4B: Finish reading A Sound of Thunder. Find ONE example of an inference, prediction and foreshadowing. Write the quote from the text. Indicate how you know which category it belongs in. There will be a quiz on the story on Wednesday.

• Read "A Sound of Thunder" at home! There WILL BE a Quiz on the story on Friday! While reading, pick out 3 examples of inferences, foreshadowing, and predictions. State the actual example, and how you know whether it is a prediction/inference.
